About Hope Counselling

Hope counselling is a registered charity, providing high quality counselling for 18yrs and over in a safe environment for a wide range of issues, enabling people with a range of means to access counselling. We provide counselling face to face in our rooms at the Bridge, or online as required. To provide this valuable service we rely on funding and donations. If you would like to support our work, and help someone else access therapy, please donate here.

While the ethos of Hope lies within the Christian tradition, our service is available to those of any faith and none. We explore issues from a Christian perspective or those who specifically request it. We believe we can help people find hope in the most difficult of circumstances.

Using and integrative model, our experienced, qualified team of counsellors can help you navigate the difficulties in life, tailoring therapy to your individual requirements.

We can help with a range of issues including, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, PTSD, and survivors of sexual abuse.
